Like almost every other business in their industry, Denny's was having a hard time finding employees after the pandemic. We realized that people were most likely to stay in a job when they have deep friendships with their coworkers. So we crafted a campaign around this insight to let potential team members know that Denny's offered a friend-friendly environment.
